Stacey TENG

Stacey graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Laws and is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Stacey commenced her legal practice by assisting in a wide spectrum of cases, ranging from commercial to civil and personal disputes. Stacey’s varied practice also included representing corporate entities and individuals, as well as acting for local banks and financial institutions in numerous real estate transactions.
Presently, Stacey’s primary area of practice is corporate and commercial law. Stacey regularly advises investors, businesses as well as corporations in acquisition-related matters, which includes capital raising, joint ventures and corporate restructuring exercises. Stacey also advises private companies and charities in relation to its corporate governance, employment and regulatory matters. Additionally, Stacey is also well versed in civil and commercial litigation, which includes bankruptcy, insolvency as well as matrimonial, family and estate-related disputes.
Drawing inspiration from her background in litigation, Stacey is a strong advocate for succession as well as estate planning. Stacey has extensive knowledge and experience in handling Grant of Representation applications, deputyship applications, as well as rendering advice on Lasting Powers of Attorney and the drafting of bespoke Wills.
Stacey’s life mission is to live out a servant-minded attitude, and is deeply committed to serving and journeying with her clients. Outside of practice, Stacey is passionate about equipping the next generation to live out their faith and vocation both in the marketplace as well as in their daily lives.
