Stacey TENG
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Stacey graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Laws and is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Stacey’s primary area of practice is corporate and commercial law. Stacey advises investors, businesses and corporations on acquisition-related matters, as well as private companies and charities in relation to its governance, employment and regulatory matters. Stacey acts for companies and individuals, as well as local banks and financial institutions in real estate transactions.
Stacey's diverse practice also includes civil and commercial litigation, which includes bankruptcy, insolvency as well as family and estate-related disputes.
Drawing on her background in litigation, Stacey is a strong advocate for succession and estate planning. Stacey has substantial experience in handling Grant of Representation applications, Deputyship applications, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the drafting of bespoke Wills.
Beyond her legal practice, Stacey is passionate about equipping the next generation to integrate their faith and vocation in the marketplace and their daily lives.
