NG Jingrong

Jingrong graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (2nd Class (Upper Division) Honours) from the National University of Singapore, and is a practicing Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

After graduation, Jingrong undertook his practice training at a mid-sized regional law firm in their litigation practice. After being called to the Bar, he joined a non-profit organisation and spent some time exploring the philanthropy and social impact space before eventually joining Fortress Law Corporation.

As an Associate in the Corporate practice, Jingrong provides strategic advice on shareholder agreements, merger and acquisition, and day-to-day operational needs such as employment and regulatory matters.

Apart from being a practicing lawyer, Jingrong also serves with the China DAF (Donor-Advised Fund) Charity as a Philanthropy Advisor, allowing him to integrate his legal know-how with his interest in philanthropy and Chinese culture.
